At the age of four I dismantled our family radio because it was important for me to know how the little people got in there. At the age of five I heard the Pope was visiting my city so I grabbed a couple of friends my age took a few buses and walked a few miles to climb up a fence and saw him parading thorugh the streets (yes, I got in trouble for both of those events). At a very early age it also became very clear that my sense of adventure, abilities to bring people together and align on a common purpose was very easy for me to achieve and it fed my soul to cast the vision and see whatever the endevour was become a true reality.

I have been a student and practitioner of leadership as far back as I can remember. With an inquisitive mind, an engineering background and a true knack for developing leaders, their people and organizations my superpowers became more and more clear to me.

After spending a couple of decades in the corporate world in numerous leadership roles my love for people and results grew more and more. With a very fortunate path and the contributions of many great mentors who took me under their wing and invested ther time and energy in me, I found myself in rooms with very bright people creating and executing organizational strategies, developing healthy organizational cultures, Investing and developing in their most important asset, People. I learned to execute and improve bottom lines with excellence while adding value to People. After working with Startups and Fortune 100 companies leading Operational and Business Consultant teams this journey led me to start my own consulting practice.

Today I GET TO live the dream of using my gifts, skills and experience to help people and organizations win with excellence.
